Shipping Policy

At Sisters & Lab LLC, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. We currently ship to all U.S. addresses.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping on purchases of $60 or more.
Flat Rate Shipping of $6.00 for all other orders.

We reserve the right to adjust or change shipping policies as necessary, but any changes will be communicated on our website.

Local Delivery & Pickup (Tri-Valley Area)

We’re happy to offer local delivery within 10 miles of Dublin (94568), serving Dublin and neighboring Tri-Valley cities.

Complimentary local delivery is available on purchases of $30 or more. Simply select “Drop Off” at checkout and provide your delivery address. Local deliveries take place on Fridays between 10 AM and 4 PM, and you’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready.

Prefer to pick up your order instead? DM us on Instagram @sistersandlab to schedule a pickup in East Dublin, available Friday through Sunday.
