At Sisters & Lab LLC, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. We currently ship to all U.S. addresses.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping on purchases of $60 or more.
Flat Rate Shipping of $6.00 for all other orders.

We reserve the right to adjust or change shipping policies as necessary, but any changes will be communicated on our website.

Local Drop off Option Tri-Valley Area ( Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore):

For our valued customers in the Tri-Valley area of the San Francisco Bay, we proudly offer a Local Drop Off option in Dublin and parts of Pleasanton and Livermore to help you save on shipping charges (within a 10-mile radius of 94568). Please remember to select " Drop Off" at checkout and provide the drop-off address. Deliveries will occur on Fridays from 10 AM to 4 PM, and we will notify you via email once your order is ready. Enjoy free delivery on orders of $20 or more; orders below this amount incur a $2 delivery fee.
